Worcester man accused of shooting roommate over soccer match
(NECN: Jennifer Eagan, Worcester, Mass.) - A man accused of fatally shooting his roommate in the back is arraigned in Worcester Central District Court today. Police say Felix Garcia fled to New Jersey after allegedly shooting 26-year-old Juan Hernandez several times after the two got into a fight over a soccer game last month.
Police say Felix Garcia argued with his roommate, Juan Hernandez, over a soccer game just before shooting and killing him.
Garcia pleaded not guilty to a murder charge in Worcester District Court Thursday.
