(NECN/ABC) - Two-time Olympic figure skating medalist Nancy Kerrigan is dealing with the death of her father and the arrest of her brother.
Police say 45 year old Mark Kerrigan reported struggling with his father and putting his hands around his father's neck after not being allowed to use the phone.
Authorities believe the father may have died of a heart attack.
Mark Kerrigan has pleaded not guilty to assault.

SANTAQUIN, Utah (AP) - Actor Gary Coleman was arrested in Utah on a warrant for failing to appear in court, police said.
The 41-year-old former "Diff'rent Strokes" actor was booked into the Utah County Jail Sunday, said Santaquin police officer Shawn Carter.
He said early Monday that he didn't have details on the warrant or know if Coleman was still being held. He said more information would be released later in the day.

BERLIN (AP) - The German rock band Scorpions is bringing down the curtain on a career spanning more than four decades.
The band, known for its early 1990s hit "Wind of Change" among others, said on its Web site Sunday that "we agree we have reached the end of the road."
It said it would end its career with a final album - "Sting In The Tail," to be released in March - and a tour that will start in Germany in May and take it across the world "over the next few years."
Guitarist Rudolf Schenker founded the band in Hannover in 1965.
